For a 3 day crash diet, water is consumed in larger than normal amounts and the food calories are reduced.
For a 3 day healthy diet, the bad foods are replaced by healthy, living foods.
A 3 day diet is an illusion. It is not advised because of its brevity. The only time this diet makes sense is when a person is sick, injured, or recovering from an illness.
A longer than 3 day diet is recommended, one that is healthy and that you can follow the rest of your life.
