~ The Best Daily Diet ~


The best daily diet will follow the guidelines of the Ultimate Food and Diet Manual. It is about adding good foods to your diet and taking the bad ones out and doing this over your lifetime.

The first thing you eat in the morning goes to feed your brain. Is it going to be lifeless pancakes with sugary syrup? What about toasted strawberry pop tarts? Is this going to feed your brain? Your first food should be nutritious, easy to digest and assimilate and supply vitamins, minerals, and the building blocks for you to begin your day.

Snacks should be the same; fresh fruit, nuts, and seeds.

Lunch should supply some living foods. Salads with cruciferous vegetables are good choices.

Dinner should be light but filling. This is the last food of the day and will be used during the night to heal and repair.

Water should be taken during the day not during a meal. No artificial sweeteners, pesticides, herbicides, preservatives, chemicals, dyes, sugar, or other known toxins.
