The first
thing you eat in the morning goes to feed your brain. Is it going to be lifeless

begin your day.
Snacks
should be the same; fresh fruit, nuts, and seeds.
Lunch

choices.
Dinner
should be light but filling. This is the last food of the day and will be used
during the night to heal and repair.
Water
should be taken during the day not during a meal. No artificial sweeteners,
pesticides, herbicides, preservatives, chemicals, dyes, sugar, or other known
toxins.
