~ The Best Daily Diet ~

What goes on in a diet center? People come in and are given a questionnaire, they are measured, poked, and prodded, and are given a diet program to follow. Then they come back in a week and explain themselves.

No justifying their diets they let it all out on the line: what they’ve eaten, what they should have eaten, how many times they have eaten, and the amounts of what they have eaten.

Then the diet coach tells them things they already know: “you shouldn’t have eaten that and you need a lot more of this.”

They are told what to do until they meet again next week. Oh, and here are some exercises for you to do.

The next week is similar to the first week but tougher on the ego. The third week is tougher still and by the fourth week the client of the diet center has about had it because she has only lost two pounds.

This process continues though, for 6 to 12 months; until the contract is over. The person feels a little better, has lost a few pounds, and has learned a little along the way.

But in the end the client will be close to the same place, but a little smarter until the next diet center makes a New Year’s Deal.
