This is a diet program to plan your life around. 90% of what you eat should be planned. This is why you need a diet program. It is one in which you decide beforehand what you eat.

The entire food manufacturing industry has a plan for you. They want you to eat all their food and pay them the money to do so. Their goal has nothing to do with your health. It has everything to do with making them profits. Beware!

The Health Care System does not care what you eat. In fact, they say it does not matter what you eat. I have heard this refrain since I was a child. There is not a lot of time or emphasis spent on a healthy diet program. The Health Care System is focused on DISEASE! There is no room in medicine or traditional health care (100 years is traditional?) for a good, sound diet.

Let's begin to put the framework for your diet program together.

First of all you get to decide what foods are healthy. Secondly, you get to decide which ones you want to consume on a daily and weekly basis. Thirdly, you want to put your diet program together so that you can follow it the majority of your life. This will be the best kind of diet program for you.

You do not need a diet book, expensive packaged food, or food channel. You may need a little guidance. That's what I have prepared for you. An easy diet program.
