The easy diet. How easy do you want it?

Here are two things to do about your diet:

1. Stop Eating Junk
2. Eat More Vegetables

That's it. That is your easy diet. How much easier could it be? This outline is the diet you need. You don't need a diet guru to tell you what to do. You already know what to do. It is a matter of doing it. You need motivation and accountability to follow the diet. You are your best motivation.

And as far as accountability -- keep a diet diary and write down every thing you eat for a month. Do you think you would be better off by doing this? It would be the change of a lifetime for you.

You do not need another diet book, expensive packaged food, or food channel. You may need a little guidance. That's what I have prepared for you. An easy diet manual.
