Things written about in the Bible were natural and healthy, a far cry from today's food and diet messages.
What does the Bible have to say about this subject? Certain foods are just not that good for us: pork,
shellfish, lobster, crab, are all scavenger foods. You should be careful eating these foods because they're
really not healthy.
Artificial sweeteners, margarine, and hydrogenated oils are not mentioned. These are all man-made and a
create a BIG problem with health. Don't eat these! They're not food, they're chemicals.
Honey, not white sugar is mentioned. What Honey, not white sugar is mentioned.
What about milk? Milk today is skimmed, pasteurized, and homogenized. It comes
from cows that are fed grain with antibiotics and growth hormones and raised in
a feedlots and never see grass. No, the Bible doens't say anything about this
kind of milk because this kind of milk comes from the imagination of man.
It's bastardized so they can sell more of it. It's not even food.
What about the fat? What about it? Fat is food -- eat it.
We are on the brink of an Autistic and Alzheimer's epidemic. I blame this on the
pharmacuetical cartel and the medical mofia. They are restricting your fat,
reducing your cholesterol and pushing drugs on you and the young and old cannot
handle it. We can't help but get new diseases that weren't mentioned in the Bible.
These diseases are also man-made.
We need to get back to the real basics of food and diet.
