Grapefruit is said to reduce insulin levels. OK. So you eat grapefruit all day? For how long? How will you know when to stop?

Let's be realistic here. If you live where grapefruits grow you should have a grapefruit every once in awhile. But tell me, is it natural to eat grapefruit when you live in Canada or Russia? Grapefruits don't grow in these places.

This is one what to detect a fad...food location. It is not natural for this to happen. Don't mess with nature.

Why not just stop eating foods that elevate insulin levels in the first place? Stop the carbohydrates, sugars, and processed foods. Begin eating the foods local to your area.

You lower your insulin levels by eating foods that are healthy for your body and stop eating foods that are harmful.
