The first thing you eat in the morning goes to feed your brain. It needs energy more than any other organ or system.

This is why breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Ever had a bad day? Was it because you fed yourself junk and expected to accomplish anything? You could barely get through the day let alone accomplish anything. What do you expect?

Breakfast food should be a little protein...like an egg. And forget the toast. That's a marketing ploy. And forget the sausage, bacon, or ham. How can you get those things to your brain?

Ever eaten vegetables for breakfast? I know it sounds crazy but try it.

I take my supplements the first thing in the morning -- I chew them! This activates the nervous system and gets things going right away. I get up early, I need a lot of energy and how better to do it than by getting some good nutrition into my system right away.

Eat some food in the morning that has some kind of nourishment. The rest is just filler.
