High protein foods should be part of your diet but your diet should not be high protein.
Many people interested in health do not have good and healthy view of meat and believe avoiding meat
is very healthy. There is some validity for these concerns because most of the commercial meat is the

However, healthy meat can be an excellent source of protein in the diet if you find the right source.

lose weight. Actually some people will actually do worse on this type of program. Carb metabolic types
are just not designed to eat much protein, and they do quite well with smaller amounts.
