I'm assuming you are searching for nutrition because you already have diabetes. If this is the case you have to STOP EATING SUGAR AND SUGAR-FREE RIGHT NOW!

You're going down the road with two flat tires thinking you can continue in the direction you want to go. You can't! You have to stop the intake of glucose, fructose, lactose, and all the other disguises of sugar. It's everywhere!
