Diet is a way, habit, pattern of life.

Nutrition is what your body cells take in.

If your Diet is poor as in what you eat every day, so will be your nutrition.

Try as you can to improve your diet to improve your nutrition. That is why you eat anyway -- to nourish your body, allow it to heal and repair, and to provide energy.
