Food is not necessarily nutrition. Nutrition is processed from food in the body.

There can be nutritious food and un-nutritious food. Why bother with un-nutritious food?

Foods that are processed become less nutritious. Things in a box, can, or package. They are devoid of enzymes, their nutrient content is low, and they can actually cause the body to require even more nutrition to digest, absorb, or eliminate from the body.

Food that is nutritious is live and unprocessed. It is easy for the body to digest, absorb, and eliminate. This food is required for the body to function towards a healthy state.
