What people eat becomes human nutrition. Most is not good and becomes stressful to the body.

Here are some guidelines to help improve your nutrition while trimming your food intake:

If you diet all the time, like you do from time to time, you will usually regain the lost weight within five years.
Aim for small, slow losses of around one kilogram per week or less.
Cut back on refined carbohydrates
Consume less alcohol.
Eat less fast and snack foods.
Exercise for approximately 30 minutes at least a few times every week. Introduce more movement into your day - just try walking every day.
Choose food from a wide range every day.
Find a good pattern of eating and stick to it.
Eat throughout the day instead of three large meals you usually have.
