~ Nutrition ~ Nutrition Bar ~


This is a nutrition bar I make at home every week. It is as nutritious as any bar you can buy.

Chewy Granola Bar

Mix together until well blended:
1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick) get this melting right away
1/2 cup agave necter
1/4 cup honey
2/3 cup peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla

Stir in:
3 cup oats
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisons
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/3 cup walnuts, crushed
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 Tbsp flax seeds
Optional: 1 cup organic dark chocolate chips

Press mixture in a greased 9x13 pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned
Cut into 12 bars
Refrigerate

They are good every day.
