Here's an overview:

Set your weight loss goals. Find your natural weight and calculating how many pounds you need to lose to get back to it.

Collect your recipes. Pick wholesome, low-carb recipes is your best bet unless you also play sports or like to work out - in that case, put together some high-protein recipes as well.

Plan your diet. It is very important to plan your meals in advance - this helps you stick to the schedule instead of flaking out at the last moment because you didn't have a healthy meal / snack prepared.
